In the fall of 2020, Netflix was looking for a simple low-budget social moment to surround their summer reality titles. By the summer of 2021, this once simple social dream had evolved into a full 360 degree campaign. Knowing we’d need more than a social moment to create a splash, we worked in tandem with our clients to craft The Largest Reality Casting Call Ever, a campaign promising that anyone from any walk of life could apply to any Netflix reality series from the comfort of their home.

To create a brand rooted in Netflix while remaining distinctly reality, we leaned into the iconic Netflix color gradient and reimagined their logo as a framing device. Through the use of mobile casting trucks and the launch of netflixreality.com, Netflix gave all Americans an opportunity to become the stars they truly are while redefining the way the company casts their unscripted series and breaking a Guinness World Record in the process.
